Shipping and Returns
- Our store ships worldwide with a regular recorded post (Estonian Omniva). Once your order is shipped we will let you know and send you the tracking code.
- Shipping is free for Estonian customers via Omniva parcel machine. We will send your package to the nearest parcel machine according to the address entered at checkout.
- Products are ready to ship between 24 hours to 2 workdays depending on the product and availability.
- The shipping can take up to 3-9 working days for European countries and 21 working days to everywhere else. Usually, it doesn't take that long, though. Please contact us in case you haven't received your parcel in that timeframe.
- The web store is not responsible for the delivery delays or problems that are due to the incorrect entering of the shipping address by the client.
- Please note that delivery might take longer during holidays.
Prices for shipping are the following:
Standard shipping - 4.80 €
Standard Heavy shipping - 7.80 €
Heavy Goods shipping - 17.80 €
Rest of the world:
Standard shipping - Flat rate 23 €
Heavy Goods shipping - Flat rate 33 €
The precise price will be calculated through checkout according to the size and weight of the package.
Returns & Refunds
- After receiving the Product the customer has the right to familiarise with it during 14 days time. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchased Product, you have the right to return it in 14 days time by sending a corresponding message to the e-mail address email@example.com.
- The Product must be sent back in their original package and condition. You have to ensure that the Product being returned is unused and in perfect condition. Please note that unused means that there are no marks or damage on the item. The web store will not accept Products with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the Products will be returned to the customer.
- When returning the Product the Web store will return the sum paid for the order (but the client pays the fees for the shipping and delivery). The due sum is to be transferred to the customer's bank account not later than 14 days after receiving the client's return claim, provided the product has been returned by the same deadline, i.e. during 14 days.
- If you discover a defect of any kind in a Product delivered by us, please contact us as soon as possible to raise a formal complaint. This will entitle you to a replacement Product or, in cases where this is not possible, a refund. If the product delivered is wrong or damaged we will arrange the free return.
- Web store reserves the right to cancel the contract when it is not possible to deliver the Products the customer ordered or one or more products the customer ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we cancel the contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account the sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but no later than within 30 days since you placed the order.
